Next-Gen Fiber-Optic Link Solution Unveiled
MultiDyne Fiber Optic Solutions has introduced its latest SilverBULLET series, a significant evolution from previous generations. The miniature fiber-optic link and signal conversion solution features interlocked mounting, centralized power, and built-in OLED monitoring to improve ease of use and systems management.
The new generation is now 12G-capable for high-bandwidth, single-link transport to and from any video source. Built-in cable equalization and re-clocking optimize signal integrity across all short- and long-distance transport, removing the presence of jitter from existing signals.
Improved Ease of Use
The SilverBULLET transmitters and receivers are highly portable and economical, making them equally useful for fixed links or last-minute SDI feeds. The latest generation features a daisy-chained mounting option that allows users to attach multiple units together without additional cabling.
According to MultiDyne President Frank Jachetta, the product's centralized power supply eliminates the need for multiple wall warts, making it simple for users to scale up their systems as needed.
