Tedial has announced plans to demonstrate its commitment to the Latin American market by showcasing its latest MAM solution, Tedial Evolution, at the SET Expo in São Paulo, Brazil.
New Features and Functionality
The award-winning platform features a completely new user interface designed to speed both manual and automated workflows. The new HTML5 User interface keeps frequently used tools on the screen for improved performance, allowing users to manage tasks, validate media or monitor workflow status from mobile devices.
Additionally, Tedial Evolution boasts an improved search/indexing engine that organizes and searches collections and other object-related entities, as well as a true Object Relational Database that provides a service to manage group entities and categorize assets based on dynamic, changing relations.
Enhanced Media Management
The platform also features expanded Mediaset capabilities, allowing users to explore all information related to an asset, including metadata, media files, attached documents, logical versions, processing or delivery orders. Moreover, related assets and entities can be explored from the original master asset wherever they are located or associated.
Business Process Management Services
Tedial Evolution has also been extended to reinforce collaboration, allowing several users to work with the same asset. New collaborative processes can be defined using an extended library of foundation workflows and activities.
Standards Compliance
The platform supports SMPTE standards such as MXF, BXF, and AXF, as well as the AMWA FIMS AS-11 specifications and the BPMN 2.0 Notation standard for enhanced interoperability. The company has also implemented the IMF schema within its MAM and workflow systems.
